Post #52. How to Grasp The Power of Your Creativity

“Any man could, if he were so inclined, be the sculptor of his own brain.”
– Santiago Ramon y Cajal, Advice for a Young Investigator

I believe what often stops us from freely expressing our creativity is that we don’t recognise the power of our creativity…

We don’t fully grasp the power we have to lift, inspire and empower people who need what we are creating…

A great practice to try out is to imagine someone truly enjoying your creation, see how it brings tears to their eyes and hope in their herts… See how what you have changed their lives…

Its just a thought practice… But what this practice does is that it makes you believe that your craft, your art, your creativity is actually needed… And therefore you need to create…

If your a musician, imagine how someone is listening to your song on the buss, and how great it makes them feel, the particular lyrics and vibes.

If you’re an artist, imagine someone seeing your piece of art and feeling completely understood…

Your creativity has the power to do these things…

You just have to connect with this vision, to this power to heal becomes more true to you…

Recognise the power that lies latent within you, to lift, empower and connect with others…

We need you ti express fully who you are, what you think and what you feel…

***

Even if you don’t see yourself as “a creative”, recognise that every choice you make during your day to day, can have a significant impact in peoples lives…

Recognise your power to give good things to people…

With love.
