“We were never designed for the sedentary, indoor, socially isolated, fast-food-laden, sleep-deprived frenzied pace of modern life.”
– Stephen Ildari, The Depression Cure
During the past 200 years or so, we have undergone a global experiment.
It’s called: “Industrialisation”
Industrialised production of goods, food and so forth.
So, how is the experiment going? Can we learn something from it?
***
Basically we have a world where many are:
***
We have replaced human physical & mental power with machines & technology.
We have oceans full of plastic.
We have polluted our air.
We have an epidemic of mental health issues.
We have growing hospitals, prisons & rehabs.
***
So, now when we have learned some lessons, it’s time to do something about it right?
Creating a world where we can be mentally & physically healthy, in harmony with nature & our neighbours.
And it’s happening.
At different places & in various paces.
***
How can you be a part of this movement?
How can you be part of this new earth?
***
Here are some ways:
1. Buy less things
2. Start growing some food
3. Spend more time in nature
4. Move to the countryside
5. Move to a green city
6. Move to a regenerative village

ps. There are also great things industrialisation & modern technology has brought, such as the use of internet. So we can spread awareness quicker & wider.
