Whole truth is the path to humility.
Everyone struggles with something.
If you are honest with yourself about what you are experiencing, then, I believe humility becomes a natural “bi-product”.
Nobody feels awesome all the time.
But if you share only one side of the coin, then it will either look like bragging or self-pity.
If you are experiencing something negative, share your feelings, but don’t forget to flip the pancake and look on the other side of the coin.
Practice with little, seemingly insignificant things.
Is it raining and you wished to spend the day at the beach? Yes, acknowledge your feelings of disappointment, but also acknowledge the other side; it’s good for the plants and for the ground water.
